My Why: Creating space with Intention
As someone deeply familiar with the challenges mental health professionals face, I launched Therapy Suites Space to solve a problem. I saw too many therapists quietly struggling with the lack of flexible, affordable, and human centered office space.
In speaking with therapists, it became clear that traditional leasing options were built for corporate tenants-not for practitioners who value calm environments, work life balance, and the ability to grow at their own pace. Long-term commercial leases, high overhead costs, and impersonal environments were forcing many clinicians to either overextend themselves or compromise on the quality of their space.
I created Therapy Suites Space to offer something better: thoughtfully designed, fully furnished offices that reflect the warmth and professionalism therapists bring to their work, without the stress of long commitments or sky-high startup costs.
This isn’t just about real estate, it’s about supporting the people who support others. At Therapy Suites, my goal is to create space that feels aligned with the work you do: private, peaceful, and purposeful.

Michelle R. is a family Nurse practitioner, local business owner, and the visionary behind Therapy Suites. As a healthcare provider and long-time resident of the Coachella Valley, Michelle recognized the growing need for flexible, professional office space that meets the unique needs of therapists. Michelle serves as both the founder and Clinical Director committed to supporting fellow providers.
